4 Ways To Make The Most Of Your Weekend.

I don't know about you but when the weekend approaches I get so excited. I plan the days which in my mind seems productive, but instead I wake up late, laze around and become a full on couch potato.

Then Monday comes and I wish I had done more, but not this weekend!

This weekend I want to focus on activities that will leave me feeling recharged and positive for the week ahead.

1. Me Time:
Whether you are single or in a relationship it's important to focus on your needs. Read book, book a spa treatment or even spoil yourself to a delicious meal.

2. Spend time with your loved ones:
Surround yourself with people who motivate you and make you laugh.

3. Soak up the mornings:
I wake up around 7:00am then my partner makes us coffee and together we enjoy the fresh air. Soaking up the peace & quiet allows your mind to be free.

4. Hit the gym:
Staying active leaves you feeling recharged and gives you a positive mindset for the week ahead.
